You can book a stay with us by making a reservation request via email or by booking directly through this site. The house is always rented as a full house and at least for 2 nights. We ask you to pay the full amount when booking. You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before departure. After that you can still cancel up to 48h before departure, however a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged. Many other questions will be answered below. How can I be sure my booking has been accepted
If you book a stay with us we will send you an email back within the day confirming the dates and the amount. After payment of this amount, your booking is final.
How to pay
You can pay with common payment methods such as bancontact and credit cards. Wire transfer is also possible; we will send the account number to you in the confirmation email.

How the electronic lock works
We work with a Nuki electronic lock. The day before your arrival you will receive a link + code. With this you can open the door on arrival. Should you encounter any problems, we can always open the door for you remotely.
Can I also just enter with a key
The electronic lock works very well but you must have a cell phone. We can also possibly arrange for you to open the door with a key.
Do I need to bring sheets and towels
Upon your arrival, all beds are made and towels are provided. All linen is washed and ironed in the laundry.
Can I bring my pet
Pets are allowed after consultation, although with a limit of 2 dogs or 2 cats per group. We ask that you notify us in advance so we can prepare any necessary items.
At what hour may/should I check in/out
You can check in from 4pm in the afternoon. Please check out before 11am! Other times are possible by arrangement.
Is there a service package ready
A service package is provided upon arrival: in the kitchen there are dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies, dish soap, dish towels and kitchen towels. Toilet paper is provided in the toilets. In the bathroom we are happy to pamper you with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer.
May I smoke in Ciepers Lodge
Between the kitchen and the living room is a small open-air courtyard. There are 2 chairs and a small table. We kindly ask you to smoke only there and not inside.
What is the Wi-Fi code
You will receive the Wifi code from us the day before arrival, along with the link and code for opening the door.
Is there a high chair, crib,... present
There is a high chair with raised seat. however, not a real high chair for toddlers. A crib is not available.
Where do I put the garbage bags, empty bottles, ... at departure
Please put the garbage bags, empty bottles and glass jars on the cool box before departure.
Should I clean before departure
The cleaning fee is included in the price. However, please open the used beds and put the towels together in the bathroom.
Where can I park my car
The spaces in the slaughterhouse street are reserved for residents. However next to the house is Minne Square, you can park your car there for free.
What do I do if I forget something in the house
If you forgot any valuables, please give us a call. We can send it to you if necessary!
